To help us understand thermal comfort and to define the principles of heat transfer corresponding to peope and buildings.
Learning outcome:
Being able to comprehend the general principles of heat transfer and indetifying environmental conditions which are related. Explaining the effects of insulation, thermal mass and air movement based on the thermal performance of a building. explaining the sun effect and the role of different materials in a given space.

The aim:
Creating comfortable spaces that are aware of thermal comfort. Incorporating building science kowledge into our vistitor interpretive center for design studio 3.
Learning outcome:
Understanting the site and location and builidng according to the features to obtain the best possible thermal comfort. estimiating heat gain and coming up with reasonable solutions in the design. Maintaining a sustainable building and solving design problems associated with it.
